I found the room very clean upon arrival. i had a lovely balcony overlooking vesuvius. The view was very nice. housekeeping ensured the room remained super clean daily, a service i greatly appreciated.
the air conditioning seemed to have occasional issues.

The location allowed easy access to nearby attractions. The train station was a short walk away. the hotel is also situated close to the city center. It's convenient for exploring the area. the neighborhood felt safe.

Breakfast featured a good selection of food. Many options were available. coffee and tea were always on offer. Both were quite satisfying. the rooftop terrace provided a nice spot to enjoy evening drinks.

The breakfast offered a very good choice each morning.
The air conditioning did not work automatically in the room. Staff turned it off every day, I had to call the front desk to turn it back on. This became very upsetting, especially after I realized it was intentional.
