pleasant experience with fine views
clean room balcony view daily housekeeping
I found the room very clean upon arrival. i had a lovely balcony overlooking vesuvius. The view was very nice. housekeeping ensured the room remained super clean daily, a service i greatly appreciated.
the air conditioning seemed to have occasional issues.

The location allowed easy access to nearby attractions. The train station was a short walk away. the hotel is also situated close to the city center. It's convenient for exploring the area. the neighborhood felt safe.

Breakfast featured a good selection of food. Many options were available. coffee and tea were always on offer. Both were quite satisfying. the rooftop terrace provided a nice spot to enjoy evening drinks.

kind staff bus station popular restaurant
the staff was super kind at breakfast. the hotel is near the bus station. it made it easy to explore positano and amalfi. the restaurant in front is also very popular.

i think the breakfast had a good variety. the continental options include good coffee. the rooftop terrace provided fine views in the evening and was a highlight to my stay.

intentional air conditioning control upsetting experience
The breakfast offered a very good choice each morning.
The air conditioning did not work automatically in the room. Staff turned it off every day, I had to call the front desk to turn it back on. This became very upsetting, especially after I realized it was intentional.
